200 Fern Drive is an amazing estate — not your typical grand Pasadena home and not for everyone, but an architectural masterpiece.
The home is in the Los Altos section of San Rafael just north of the 134 freeway on Pasadena’s western edge. The Italianate villa was designed by legendary architect Paul Williams in 1928. Interestingly, it is not Williams’ signature style, which is more traditional/colonial.
The home is 7,726 square feet and consists of three levels, on a terraced 45,298 square foot lot. With 5 bedrooms, 6 baths, a guest house, “tiki bar,” 3,500 bottle wine cellar, pool, renovated kitchen and incredible architectural detials, this home is not to be missed. Priced at $3.8 million. Please call me to schedule an appointment to view this beautiful house.
